The Type of Blade Required
The first step is to choose the type of blade required. Specialized hardness tests are performed on the concrete before installing the appropriate blades on our tools. We also have different blades specially designed for old coatings (paint, glue, etc.). Grinding completely removes a thin layer of concrete through its high velocity.

The Proper Grinding Technique
The concrete grinding technique is used to clean the concrete floor, remove contaminants, imperfections, and dirt before applying the appropriate concrete floor coating. During concrete surface preparation, the machine that performs shot blasting of the slab protects the beads on the ground and the dust is directly vacuumed by the vacuum cleaner connected to the machine. In addition to grinders, a generator tolerating the amperage of the machinery and a high-performance vacuum for dust are necessary.
